INTRODUCING
BASE
The Only Cleanser Designed To Protect Lashes
Engineered for hard water. Built for retention.

What Makes Base Different
Four-Surfactant System vs. Industry Standard Two
Most cleansers use one or two surfactants — often harsh ones like SLS. This uses four gentle surfactants working in combination for more effective cleansing without aggressive single-ingredient concentrations.
Formulated For Hard Water
Florida has some of the hardest water in the country. Calcium and magnesium build up at the lash line and interfere with adhesive. Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate prevents mineral accumulation.
Actually Removes Waterproof Makeup
Higher surfactant concentration plus Polysorbate 20 means this handles waterproof mascara and long-wear liner without multiple passes or scrubbing.
pH-Buffered
Citric acid and sodium citrate maintain optimal pH for lash structure and adhesive compatibility, not just whatever pH the ingredients create on their own.
The Formula Breakdown

Total surfactant concentration: 20.5%
For context, most lash cleansers use 8-15% based on typical formulation practices. Higher concentration means more cleaning power per pump.
What This Doesn't Contain
No sulfates. No oils. No waxes. No conditioning polymers that build up over time. No fragrance. No essential oils. No botanical extracts that look good on ingredient lists but don't improve cleansing function.
There's no tea tree oil because while it's antibacterial, it also irritates a significant number of clients and has a polarizing smell. If you want antibacterial properties, proper cleansing removes the bacteria without needing additional ingredients.
There's no biotin, panthenol, or silk extract. These sound premium in a lash cleanser, but they're rinse-off ingredients — they don't stay on the lash long enough to have the conditioning effects they claim. That's marketing, not formulation.
How to use it
Dispense 1-2 pumps onto a clean lash brush. Apply to lash line and lashes with gentle brushing motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use daily, or at minimum 3x per week.
For clients wearing heavy waterproof makeup: use an oil-based makeup remover first on the eye area (avoiding lash line), then follow with this cleanser at the lash line. That's better for retention than trying to scrub everything off in one pass.
